Some snapshots and descriptions first, for perspective.

Start off with 12- 1/3rd pound patties. 85% lean prefered. roll them out to be thinner than normal.

Place some shredded cheese in the middle.

Some of this bacon might as well go in there.

Top with another patty and season.

To the grill we go....

What goes on the inside should oughta be replicated up top. At least in this case.

And just in case you didn't think it'd look good.

So, my music related question is this. Would you go to a minor chord when you've got one bite to go, or when it's all finished?

Definitely with one bite to go. Silence when it's gone.

I was listening to one of the Blues channels on the XM/Sirius while making them and mt mind did wander to this question, as if there was a musical score for eating a hamburger of this magnitude.

Two of these, btw, were actually two dinners and one lunch for me. I'm slowing down.

(ps, your electrolyte tip last month worked fantastically)

A nice slow major to begin - followed by a minor... coronary.

What about a cheeseburger could possibly inspire the blues?

He went the other way. His was up beat. As if on cue....

Running out of cheeseburger to eat, particularly the ones I devised earlier in the week.
Cheeseburger anxiety Disorder.
No having enough money for a cheeseburger. (This could be called, "Whimpy's Blues")
Not being able to be within 100yards of one due to restraining orders and funny little local ordinances.
Being told "No".
Perhaps my least favorite: Soggy fries. :x :x

Sweet Chili of Mine - Buns'n'Noses
Paradise By The Gas-fired Light - Meat Loaf
Burgers Delight - Pattie Smith
BBQ Dinners - Chee-Zee Top

Feel free to groan........or add more.......
