heehee i wonder if ricochet's johnson has ever said that?
on an awesome note...i got my 'josie' back after about two months!! its been at a friends place being fixed after that friends son tried to punch me and ended up putting a hole in the guitar in stead
i might make a thread of its own if i can get my hands on teh photos.....it wasnt much damage luckily...but tow months without an acoustic!! aargh!
I coulda sworn I posted this earlier . . . but I didn't. Gotta love those senior moments.
Anyway - here's the current harem in order of seniority:
Playing guitar and never playing for others is like studying medicine and never working in a clinic.
My Epi Lucille is named Lucille ;)
My Epi Lynyrd Special is called Leonard
My Firebird is called 'B' or Birdie
No name for my ES-339 as I don't have it yet

"ezzy" :)
I just tried calling my white Tele "Blondie" my black Squier Tele "Blackie" and my acoustic "Spot" (it has SPT on the headstock......) and none of them answered......
And I'd never, ever think of a guitar as female.....I've had a lot of bad experiences with females, but none with guitars.....
:D :D :D

amen my brother :)
ooooooohh!!
if being red makes a car go faster does being yellow make a guitat sound better?
Ah Ricochet!
So playing it you could be "Walking The Line" maybe!

The guitar is all right John but you'll never make a living out of it! (John Lennon's Aunt Mimi)
Yep! It sure is yellow!

nice -- have you considered adding a few diagonal black stripes to enhance the effect?
-=tension & release=-
It'd look like a blast pad. :D
Doubt I'll mess with it, actually.
It plays and sounds great, which is my principal concern.

Well if you're having a blast playing it.......

this thread prompted me to do some further naming (at last, lol)
The strat and tele are called Rosencrantz and Guildenstern respectively, after Shakespeare and the Stoppard play (Are Dead). The strat gets Rosencrantz because its got the rosewood neck, and because he's my fave character in the Stoppard play. As much as I love my tele, my strat's always gonna be my baby.
Just wondering if anyone else names their guitars?
My samick strat style copy is called Sammy (obvisouly!) And my fender squier acoustic is affectionately known as Sandra...ladies names of course!
Anybody else? Or am i just a weirdo with too much time and not enough friends? :? :)
