So I have moved from a Schecter Damien Elite Solo 6 with active pickups to and Ibanez S series with passive pickups. I had no problems with this amp with the Schecter but with the Ibanez whenever it's on any kind of medium to high gain setting, I'm getting all this static with a high pitched whine whenever I play even a single note. The amp is quiet when I'm not playing and there is no static with clean tones or clean tones with effects. Is there anything I can do about this or do I need to get a different amp?
