Guitar is dead, No lights and no response with various options in handbook, I stay in the UK and as of yet no help from bison, anyone with similar problems with a Gen. 1 battery, please let me in on how you fixed it, as far as I can search, no stockists of replacement battery's in UK or Europe, that is unless someone knows better, And I am thinking that it may be possible to put in an alternative battery unit , all thoughts and suggestions positive or negative most welcome.

replacing the power supply would be a pretty simple fix for anyone with minimal electrical understanding.

Did you contact tech support? A company like Gibson should stand behind their product. Battery is here. While you're there, check out the complaints.
