I know this is a easy one....the easiest. But I still have a question.

Questions are only easy if you already know the answer. Kent's already given you that - I just wanted to say (apart from, cool screen name - but don't forget to enable your emotion chip when playing!) you're doing the right thing, going back to basics and learning from scratch. Work your way through the lessons, you'll learn something new from each one.

This is a good place to ask beginner questions and get a quick, simple reply - but, if you've got any questions about the lessons, take a look at the "Guitar Noise Lessons" forum in the "Guitar Discussion" section. Chances are your question will already have been asked - those lessons have been there a few years now! - but if it hasn't, it's the best place to ask a question about a particular lesson.

Good answers here - I'd just add I use my 2nd finger on the A (5th) and 3rd finger on the D (4th string) for the Em. then move them as suggested in previous post.

Just trying to play this tune and still haven't quite got the muting mentioned in previous posts. I get the concept and how it's supposed to work but I'm not sure how to actually do it. Could somebody give me a quite desciption of how to do this?
